I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Bali and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, with a mall just a short walk away and plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff were particularly noteworthy, as they paid attention to the little details that matter. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh sheets on the bed every day. And the breakfast provided was not only delicious, but also included made-to-order omelets, which was a lovely touch.

Everything was great and there was nothing that I felt could be improved upon.

The hotel's location is great, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. the room was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed and hot water shower. the service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. the pool was big and clean, and there was a convenience store nearby.

The noise from the nearby busy street could be heard in the room at times.

Great value for money with two complimentary services offered. the hotel's location was great, accessible to major tourist spots. the view from the balcony was an advantage for a perfect relaxation.

The bathroom's cleanliness could have been better. And, the breakfast area could use some cleaning up as it didn't get cleaned during the meals.

I had a really great stay at this hotel for more than 3 days. it was excellent value for money - I couldn't believe how affordable it was. Secondly, the rooms were really clean and well-decorated, with fresh sheets on the bed. And the location was perfect, right in the middle of a bustling area with easy access to both Kuta and Seminyak beaches. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of Indonesian and Western foods, including delicious omelets.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

The walls were thin, and noise from neighboring rooms could be heard quite easily, which made it difficult to sleep at times. there seemed to be a lack of communication from the staff regarding issues such as the water running out, which was an inconvenience.

The hotel had a great location close to restaurants, shopping centers, and easy access to transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and had a good hot water shower. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious.

the location was perfect - close to both Seminyak and Kuta, making it easy to explore the area. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even came to my room to apologize for a slight inconvenience with the breakfast, which shows their attention to detail and excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were clean and cozy, with fresh sheets on the bed that made for a good night's sleep. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.

While the overall experience was fantastic, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the hot water in the shower. It would be great if this could be addressed to enhance guests' comfort.
